A note from the creator...
This self-paced experience has been created intentionally as a ‘choose your own adventure’ - done at your leisure, in a way that best serves what you need at any given time.Â
Each modules content is designed to inspire you to connect with and discover new and different ways to explore your inner and outer worlds, with curiosity and non-judgment. I offer guidance along the way, but I am only facilitating your sacred experience. Everything is invitational and for you to adapt at your will, listening to your body and your intuition with how you wish to engage with the processes and integrate them into your day-to-day life.Â
I offer video demonstration as well as downloadable audio and worksheets. You can go through the modules and choose what you are drawn to at that time - perhaps you want to move your body, perhaps you want to get creative with some materials, other times clearing your head through reflective writing may be what you desire. It is all there and available for you to use and dive back into again and again as you will get something different from them each time.Â
These processes are to bring connection, joy and vibrancy into your world!
